Exchange Policy
Because KASAMED provides digital downloads rather than physical goods, traditional exchanges are not applicable. However, we do our best to ensure you receive the correct and highest-quality files.
1. Wrong File Delivered
If you receive the wrong digital file, please notify us at support@kasamed.shop within 14 days of purchase. We will promptly supply the correct file at no additional cost.
2. Defective File Exchange
If the file you downloaded is defective (corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable), we will provide a working replacement file once notified. If a replacement is not possible, you may be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Eligible Exchanges
We cannot exchange a digital file for a different artwork after it has been downloaded, as usage rights are granted immediately upon download.
4. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at support@kasamed.shop with your order details.
- Explain the issue and attach screenshots if possible.
