Return Policy

We want you to love your artwork from KASAMED. Because our products are digital downloads, our return policy works a little differently from physical goods.

1. No Returns on Downloaded Files

Once you have accessed or downloaded the digital file, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, except where the file is defective or not as described.

2. Defective or Incorrect Files

If you receive a corrupt, incomplete or incorrect file, please contact us at support@kasamed.shop within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a corrected file at no cost. If a corrected file cannot be supplied, we will issue a refund.

3. Pre-Download Cancellations

If you accidentally purchased the wrong item and have not yet downloaded it, contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel and refund your order if the file has not been accessed.

• Attach screenshots or error messages if applicable.
