KASAMED specialises in digital artwork downloads. As such, there is no physical shipping of products.

1. Digital Delivery

Immediately after purchase you will receive an email containing a secure link to download your high-resolution artwork. This link is also available in your account order history.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery is instant. In rare cases email delivery may take a few minutes due to payment confirmation or network delays.

3. No Physical Items

No printed materials, frames or physical goods are shipped. Printing is handled by you, your local print shop, or an online printing service of your choice.

4. Download Assistance

If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@kasamed.shop for immediate assistance.

5. Taxes and Duties

Because our products are digital, no customs duties or shipping taxes apply. VAT is applied according to EU regulations for digital goods.
