1. Digital Products

All items offered at KASAMED are digital downloads. After purchase you will receive a link to download a high-resolution image of your chosen artwork. No physical products are shipped.

2. Usage Rights

The purchase of a digital artwork grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.

4. Refunds & Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital products, once the download link has been provided the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply, except in case of defective or incorrect files (see our Return Policy).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on KASAMED including images, text, and design remains the property of CARODIARIO DIGITAL S.L. or its licensors. Unauthorized use may infringe copyright or trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any printing outcomes, color variations, or other issues arising from third-party printing services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Almería, Spain, unless another jurisdiction is mandated by EU consumer regulations.
